Our National Philanthropy is the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund or JDRF. They are the world’s largest nonprofit funder of Type 1 Diabetes research. While their goal is curing Type 1 Diabetes, JDRF also pursues new treatments, push for increased government funding for research, and develop new therapies and devices. Here at Alpha, we are proud to support JDRF's noble quest with our fundraisers, philanthropy dinners, and visibility. Secondarily, we have also been able to help local organizations such as the Crawford County Toys for Tots and the Meadville Soup Kitchen. Delts are first and foremost philanthropists, and when our local communities thrive, we thrive as a brotherhood.
